Senior Holiday Consultant (Travel Consultant)

About the role
Tripzo is looking for three experienced Holiday Consultants to join its growing travel team in Kochi. The role focuses on designing and selling international holiday packages while providing end‑to‑end support for customers.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate flight, hotel, and visa arrangements for destinations such as Vietnam, Bali, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Europe.
- Handle customer inquiries, build itineraries and ensure a seamless travel experience.
- Convert leads into sales and achieve booking targets.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of international holiday packages and destination specifics.
Required profile
- 4–5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Proven ability to manage full travel itineraries and close sales.
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Tamil.
- Based in or willing to work onsite in Kochi, Kerala.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of international holiday packages.
- Experience with flight, hotel and visa coordination.
- Lead conversion and sales proficiency.
