Senior Growth Analyst

About the role

Curefit Healthcare is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to drive data‑led insights that support the company’s rapid expansion in fitness and wellness. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and help shape strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate efforts with other analysts while also working independently.
• Partner with stakeholders to define business problems, design analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights.
• Explore and model large internal and external data sets to solve complex business questions.
• Develop centralized solutions that address the needs of multiple stakeholders through efficient planning and execution.
• Solve ad‑hoc problems, innovate future solutions, and collaborate with technology partners on unique challenges.
• Identify opportunities to create value through data and analytics.
• Recommend and implement new reporting methods to improve content and completeness.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in analytics.
• Strong ability to communicate quantitative insights clearly and actionably.
• Proven track record of building analytical solutions using quantitative and statistical approaches.
• Excellent communication skills and influence with peers and senior stakeholders.
