Senior Group Manager – HO IIDIO (India)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Group Manager to lead the HO IIDIO function in India. The role oversees a team of around 60 professionals, driving product and service line performance while aligning with global strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage ~60 headcount in India, mentoring product managers, product owners, architects and service delivery teams.
• Define and execute resource management strategies to align workforce deployment with global business priorities.
• Monitor utilization rates and implement frameworks to ensure agile response to changing product service line demands.
• Own product management for global products managed from India, partnering with the Global PSL Leader.
• Standardize workflows, KPIs and operational processes to meet global PSL benchmarks.
• Manage local PSL contracts, vendor relationships, SLAs and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and corporate governance.
• Optimize contract spend and mitigate operational risks affecting delivery schedules.
• Contribute to India Digital (IID/IIDI) initiatives, driving talent branding, innovation hubs and shared services optimization.
• Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring and retaining top engineering and operational talent.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large cross-functional teams (≈60 members) in product and service delivery.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, utilization management and operational excellence.
• Experience with global product service line governance and contract management.
• Knowledge of Indian labor regulations and corporate procurement policies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive regional digital initiatives.
