Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Agents

About the role

Databricks is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to create, deploy and maintain AI agents that power business‑critical workflows. The role combines high‑performance React front‑end development with Python‑based agent logic, LLM orchestration and integration into Databricks’ data platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch AI agents that orchestrate Large Language Models using frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Develop a responsive, high‑performance React UI that serves as the agent’s user interface.
• Collaborate with backend teams to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs, middleware services and Databricks platform components.
• Implement observability, logging and tracing to monitor agent execution and system performance.
• Optimize application scalability, responsiveness and code quality through reusable UI components and best‑practice engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑stack development experience with strong Python and React.js expertise.
• Proven track record of delivering at least one production‑grade AI agent or LLM‑based application.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and delivering enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, system design and communication skills.
