About the role

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team building cutting‑edge AI agent interfaces. You will architect and deliver production‑grade web applications using Next.js, React, and TypeScript within a modern monorepo architecture. The role demands high autonomy, fast shipping without compromising quality, and comfort with ambiguity while scaling AI‑powered products.

Key responsibilities

• Architect scalable frontend systems with Next.js, React, and TypeScript in a Turborepo monorepo.
• Design and maintain shared component libraries using shadcn/ui patterns and Radix UI primitives.
• Build sophisticated AI agent interfaces, including conversational UIs and streaming responses.
• Optimize applications for performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals, bundle size, and runtime speed.
• Implement responsive, accessible designs that work seamlessly across devices.
• Integrate with backend services handling real‑time data, WebSockets, and state synchronization.

Required skills

• React & Next.js – 3+ years experience, expert with Server Components, Actions, and App Router.
• TypeScript – deep expertise with advanced types, generics, conditional types, and strict mode.
• Modern CSS – Tailwind CSS (v4 preferred), responsive design, and animations.
• State management – Jotai atoms, TanStack Query for server state, React Hook Form with Zod.
• Monorepo – hands‑on experience with Turborepo, pnpm workspaces, or similar tools.
• Component systems – building design systems using shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or comparable headless libraries.
• Performance optimization – proven track record improving bundle size, render performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• API integration – REST APIs, WebSockets, Server‑Sent Events, and real‑time data synchronization.
