Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect

About the role

Siemens is looking for a Senior Salesforce CPQ Solution Architect to design and deliver resilient, data‑driven solutions that support sustainable infrastructure projects. You will work on complex business requirements, translate them into technical designs, and ensure alignment with Siemens IT security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform research and proof‑of‑concept work to design optimal solutions for complex business needs.
• Evolve and maintain functional and technical solution architecture based on business processes.
• Break down large‑scale project requirements into manageable features and user stories.
• Create and document solution designs, including AI‑related components, for stakeholders, architects, product owners, project managers and developers.
• Build trust with key business stakeholders and collaborate with the information security team to meet Siemens IT security standards.
• Partner with Corporate Technology and Transformation Projects to incorporate new technologies that improve business processes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years dedicated to Salesforce CPQ architecture (ARM/RCA or CPQ+).
• Proven experience leading full‑life‑cycle CPQ implementations at scale.
• 5+ years of full‑stack software development and integration experience.
• Strong presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile (Scrum) and DevOps.
