Senior FP&A Specialist – Financial Planning & Analysis

About the role

We are seeking a Senior FP&A Specialist to enhance financial visibility, planning and decision support for Sanctuary, a US‑based real‑estate developer building nature‑led communities. The role will turn financial data into forward‑looking insights, track spend, support budgeting, forecasting and pricing decisions over the next 12‑24 months.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain monthly financial tracking across the business.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and forward planning for the next 12‑24 months.
• Analyze spending trends and help leadership understand cash flow.
• Provide pricing‑related analysis and decision support.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping/accounting to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies, gaps or patterns in financial data.
• Organise financial information into clear, structured outputs for internal decisions.
• Assist leadership with ad‑hoc financial analysis and planning requests.
• Help improve overall financial visibility and discipline across the company.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in FP&A, finance or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling abilities.
• High attention to detail and pattern‑recognition skills.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Comfort working through ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Clear communicator able to present financial information for decision‑making.
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and accounting teams.
• Independent problem‑solver with strong ownership.
