Senior Executive – Quality

About the role

The Senior Executive – Quality will drive the execution of the company’s Quality Strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Working closely with Unit QA and Head Office QA teams, you will ensure that quality standards are consistently applied, fostering continuous improvement in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Quality Strategy and standards in collaboration with Unit and Head Office QA teams.
• Provide expert guidance to Unit Quality teams for improvement initiatives.
• Lead root‑cause analysis, structured problem‑solving, and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
• Develop Unit Quality capabilities through training, coaching, and system‑building activities.
• Plan and conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance audits across manufacturing units.
• Ensure Food Safety Management Systems comply with FSSC requirements.
• Support innovation and renovation projects from start‑up to validation.
• Conduct on‑shelf quality surveys for own and competitor brands to identify market opportunities.

Required profile

• B.Sc/MSc in Food Technology, Biochemistry, Chemistry or equivalent engineering degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in food technology or chemical engineering within FMCG & beverage companies.
