Senior Executive - Procurement

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Senior Executive in Procurement to lead end‑to‑end sourcing across IT and non‑IT indirect categories. The role will manage the full procurement cycle from requirement analysis through RFQ/RFP, negotiation, contracting and purchase order coordination while delivering cost optimisation and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sourcing activities for assigned IT and non‑IT categories, including requirement gathering, market research and supplier identification.
• Prepare and administer RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, evaluate technical‑commercial proposals and support supplier selection.
• Conduct commercial negotiations to achieve measurable cost savings, cost avoidance and favourable contract terms.
• Coordinate contract finalisation with Business, Legal, Finance and IT stakeholders and oversee vendor onboarding and PO execution.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve service issues and conduct periodic supplier reviews.
• Maintain sourcing pipeline, savings tracker, contract renewal calendar and procurement MIS, ensuring compliance with SOPs and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in IT and/or non‑IT indirect procurement.
• Proven track record of delivering cost savings and cost avoidance.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical ability and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Good understanding of supplier management, contracts, SLA/KPI and procurement governance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, ownership and problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP/e‑procurement tools such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Oracle.
