About the role
We are hiring a Lead – B2C Sales in Bangalore to lead high‑performing sales teams and drive business growth in education financing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Loan Counsellors to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Drive team performance by improving conversions across the sales funnel.
- Monitor key sales metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Mentor and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback.
- Ensure an exceptional experience for students and parents throughout the sales journey.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve processes and customer outcomes.
Required profile
- 4–5 years of experience in B2C sales.
- Prior experience in EdTech, Insurance, Digital Lending, Loan Marketplaces, or Insurance Marketplaces (preferred).
- Proven experience managing a team of 5 or more sales executives.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- A data‑driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
