Senior Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

StayVista is looking for a Senior Executive to lead Food & Beverage operations across its luxury villa properties in Maharashtra. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high service standards, and driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end restaurant and kitchen operations at the assigned property.
• Drive revenue growth through operational excellence and guest engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and improve guest reviews and overall dining experience standards.
• Oversee daily procurement, coordinate with vendors, and ensure timely supply management.
• Maintain inventory control, monitor stock levels and wastage.
• Conduct staff training to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Support owner and guest management tasks as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing restaurant or F&B operations, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Ability to work onsite at the assigned property in Maharashtra.
• Excellent coordination skills with vendors and internal teams.
