Senior DevOps Engineer – L2 Support

About the role

Terralogic Software Solutions is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to lead L2 support for its cloud infrastructure. You will work on‑site in Bangalore, collaborating directly with US and European customers to resolve production issues and drive automation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain system reliability by supporting, troubleshooting, and optimizing production environments.
• Own L2 escalation workflows, ensuring strict adherence to SLAs.
• Lead resolution calls and act as the technical bridge with global stakeholders.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort.
• Manage incident response and drive continuous improvement of monitoring and alerting.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or site reliability engineering.
• Willingness to work dedicated US shifts and be present in the Bangalore office five days a week.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with extensive experience handling US and European clients.
