Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are building a next‑generation product engineering organization and need a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate a cloud‑native delivery platform. The role blends cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, security, and SRE practices, with a focus on leveraging AI tools to accelerate operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the engineering platform that enables product teams to develop, deploy, monitor, and operate software efficiently.
• Design, build, and continuously improve cloud‑native platforms on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including Kubernetes clusters, networking, storage, and identity services.
• Create reusable Infrastructure as Code templates and automate provisioning, configuration, scaling, and lifecycle management.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines to support rapid, reliable software delivery, including build, test, deployment, rollback, and release management.
• Apply AI‑augmented tools to accelerate infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Define and monitor SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets; lead incident management and root‑cause analysis.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven ability to design and operate large‑scale, highly automated platforms.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for using AI to improve operational efficiency.
