Senior Associate – Technology Consulting

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Technology Consulting team in Pune. The role focuses on delivering business‑led, technology‑enabled change for clients, primarily through SAP consulting services across finance, supply chain, engineering, and human capital domains.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business problems from strategy through execution.
• Apply critical thinking to structure unstructured challenges and extract actionable insights.
• Utilise a broad range of tools and techniques to analyse industry trends and client data.
• Review work for quality, accuracy and relevance, providing feedback to peers.
• Delegate tasks to junior team members, offering coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Communicate findings and recommendations in a clear, structured manner.
• Uphold PwC’s code of ethics and business conduct at all times.
