Senior Associate – SAP HCM Payroll (Advisory) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Advisory practice in Gurgaon, focusing on SAP HCM and Payroll solutions. The role involves analysing client needs, implementing SAP software, and providing training and support to optimise operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consulting services across SAP HCM and Payroll applications.
• Design and implement on‑premise HR and India payroll solutions for large, multi‑country transformation projects.
• Lead and coordinate teams of 20+ resources during solution delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure seamless integration.
• Maintain knowledge of SuccessFactors and other SAP modules as an advantage.

Required profile

• Strong HR domain knowledge (preferable).
• Extensive experience with SAP HCM and Payroll; SuccessFactors knowledge is a plus.
• Proven track record as a Solution Architect on large transformation projects, including multi‑country and location implementations.
• Ability to manage and lead sizable project teams.
• Practice management experience.
