Senior Associate – SAP Employee Central (Time Tracking)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Bengaluru. You will work on large‑scale Employee Central implementations, helping clients optimise their HR processes through SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Employee Central workstream for large, multi‑country implementations for international or domestic clients.
• Configure and maintain core Employee Central functions including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life‑Cycle Events, Time Off and Benefits.
• Create and manage absence time types and time account types, and enable assignment of time‑off master data to employees.
• Analyse client requirements, implement SAP solutions, and deliver training and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Employee Central tracks in multi‑country SAP SuccessFactors projects.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of all Employee Central modules and related configuration.
• Ability to work independently and drive design decisions.
