Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion SCM (Enterprise Apps)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Oracle Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions for clients, helping them streamline processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client business requirements and design Oracle Fusion SCM solutions aligned with their objectives.
• Configure and implement core SCM modules such as SSP, Purchase Order, Order Management, Inventory, Sourcing and Procurement.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑implementation support to ensure seamless adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Oracle applications with broader enterprise systems.
• Assist clients in improving operational efficiency, compliance and supply‑chain performance.

Required profile

• Senior‑associate level experience in business application consulting, preferably within the Oracle ecosystem.
• Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion SCM (SSP, Purchase Order, Order Management, Inventory, Sourcing, Procurement).
• Oracle Cloud platform knowledge.
• Supply‑chain management concepts and best practices.
