Senior Associate – Oracle Fusion HCM

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Oracle Advisory practice in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) consulting services, helping clients optimise HR processes, talent management and compliance through end‑to‑end implementation and support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design Oracle Fusion HCM solutions that align with business objectives.
• Configure, test and deploy Oracle HCM modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑implementation support to client teams.
• Collaborate with the Technology Consulting – Business Applications team to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance and best‑practice standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM consulting or implementation projects.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
