Senior Associate – IT Function Transformation (GCC Advisory)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its IT Function Transformation team within the GCC Advisory practice in Hyderabad. The role focuses on business application consulting, helping enterprise clients optimise operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training and support of software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the day‑to‑day point of contact for clients, Associate Directors and Directors on project engagements.
• Structure and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outputs.
• Identify client challenges and propose appropriate technology‑driven approaches.
• Support business development by building strong client relationships and pursuing new opportunities.
• Define and deliver digital strategy projects, aligning technology solutions with business objectives and KPIs.
• Drive strategic discussions around business objectives and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting, preferably within business application or IT transformation projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Senior‑level professional comfortable working in a fast‑paced advisory environment.
