Senior Associate – Fusion Finance Oracle Advisory

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to lead its Oracle Fusion Finance advisory practice in Bangalore. The role focuses on configuring, implementing and optimizing Oracle Financials solutions for clients, helping them streamline financial processes and achieve strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage delivery teams within the Oracle Fusion Finance domain.
• Drive implementation, configuration and optimisation of Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Cash Management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align finance solutions with business goals.
• Provide strategic guidance, mentorship and training to junior team members.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
• Stay current with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies in finance and ERP systems.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Finance or a related financial ERP implementation role.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering finance transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
