Senior Associate – Finacle (Core Banking)

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Associate to design, build and unit‑test Finacle custom components, integrations and reports for core banking operations. You will work closely with techno‑functional consultants, testers and operations teams to deliver high‑quality releases and support go‑live activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop customizations, interfaces and reports in line with approved functional and technical specifications.
• Write efficient SQL/PL‑SQL procedures, packages, views and triggers, optimise queries and manage data transformations.
• Build and validate integrations with Finacle and adjacent systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MQ, file/batch and ETL processes, ensuring robust error handling.
• Collaborate with testing teams to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Maintain performance, stability and compliance across deposits, retail lending and payments workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in core banking applications, preferably Finacle.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment and deliver solutions on time.
• Good understanding of banking processes such as deposits, lending and payments.
