Senior Associate – Conversational AI Developer (Google Gemini)

About the role

PwC’s Advisory practice is looking for a Senior Associate to design, develop and deploy advanced conversational AI solutions on the Google Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GE4CX) platform. The role will create multi‑turn, multimodal AI‑driven workflows that integrate Contact Center AI components with enterprise systems, helping clients improve customer engagement and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and launch conversational AI workflows and multi‑step interactions using Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) models.
• Develop and optimise intents, entities, playbooks, prompts, fulfillment logic and conversation flows for enterprise CX scenarios.
• Configure and enhance Agent Assist capabilities, including knowledge recommendation features.
• Integrate Contact Center AI (CCAI) components with client‑side enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with CX, IT and operations teams to ensure seamless adoption and continuous optimisation of AI‑powered customer engagement tools.

Required profile

• Proven experience building multi‑turn, multimodal conversational AI solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with Google Gemini Enterprise (GE4CX) and Contact Center AI.
• Strong background in integrating AI components with enterprise‑level systems.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional CX, IT and operations teams.
