Senior Associate – Azure Data Engineer (Data & Analytics)

About the role

PwC is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Data & Analytics Advisory team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on building and optimizing Azure‑based data solutions that enable clients to turn large, complex data sets into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimise end‑to‑end data pipelines and ETL processes using PySpark or Scala.
• Implement data ingestion, processing and storage solutions on the Azure cloud platform.
• Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to translate requirements into scalable data architectures.
• Ensure data quality, performance and security across all data flows.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with several years of experience in data engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a client‑facing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering data solutions on Azure.
