Senior Assistant – Order to Cash & Analytics

About the role

3M is seeking a Senior Assistant to lead end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash operations, champion customer advocacy, and drive digital transformation using analytics and AI tools. This role combines process leadership with advanced data insights to enhance customer experience and working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Lead order‑to‑cash operations, ensuring timely billing, fulfillment, and backorder management.
• Coordinate cross‑functional execution with Supply Chain, Credit, Warehouse, Taxation, CIR and Business teams.
• Manage outsourced partners for accurate transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Track and improve customer service metrics, portal adoption, and OTIF performance.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, automated reports, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
• Apply AI, generative AI, and Copilot tools for trend analysis, risk prediction, and process automation.
• Drive automation using Power Automate and digital workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and analytical model integrity while training teams on analytics tools.
