Senior Architect – Luxury Residential Design

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design of high‑end residential projects, including luxury villas, row houses, bungalows and township communities. The role combines creative concept development with practical execution, ensuring each project delivers a unique identity, sustainability and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and schematic designs for luxury residential schemes.
• Create conceptual layouts, design presentations, space‑planning studies and detailed design documentation.
• Lead design development for villa communities, plotted developments and township projects, overseeing floor plans, elevations, façade treatments and landscape integration.
• Support master‑planning activities, land‑use planning, feasibility studies and product‑mix planning.
• Coordinate closely with internal Architecture, Planning, 3D Visualization, Landscape and Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
• Manage external consultants, review submissions for compliance and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.
• Prepare and review design drawings, presentations and reports, ensuring adherence to building regulations and project specifications.
• Stay updated on emerging architectural trends, sustainable design practices and construction technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing luxury residential developments such as villas, row houses, bungalows and township projects.
• Background in real estate, township development, hospitality or luxury residential sectors preferred.
• B.Arch, M.Arch or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of architectural standards, building regulations and development control norms.
