About the role
Splendour Living is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high‑end projects in Mumbai. The role combines creative design leadership with hands‑on coordination of consultants, contractors and internal teams to deliver refined, functional spaces.
Key responsibilities
- Lead architectural concept development and produce detailed construction drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee site execution, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with construction regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing and material specifications.
- Excellent design sensibility and ability to translate concepts into built environments.
