About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of residential building projects for BILARA GROUP, a leading architectural construction firm based in Kochi. The role involves turning client visions into innovative, sustainable designs while ensuring high quality and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

Generate concept designs for residential projects.
Conduct site visits and coordinate interior and exterior works.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Create detailed architectural plans.
Develop 3D exterior and interior visualisations.

Required profile

B.Arch degree.
2‑7 years of experience in residential architecture.
Proven project management capabilities.
Team leadership and client handling experience.
Material selection expertise.
