Senior Applied AI Engineer

About the role

Celonis is looking for a Senior Applied AI Engineer to design and deploy AI‑driven solutions that boost the efficiency of its global marketing organization. You will work in a fast‑paced B2B SaaS environment, turning strategic needs into practical tools that automate workflows, improve data quality, and enable smarter decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI‑powered solutions to automate marketing tasks such as creative brief routing and content translation.
• Develop hybrid AI‑human workflows and create API integrations with platforms like HubSpot and Monday.com.
• Improve CRM data quality through automated lead‑to‑account matching, duplicate removal, and enrichment.
• Collaborate with Brand and Communications teams to generate AI‑assisted content and real‑time market trend analysis.
• Measure business impact of solutions and continuously research new AI tools.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in development or engineering, delivering production‑level applications or automated workflows.
• Strong ownership mindset with a product‑oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment and familiarity with MarTech platforms is a plus.
