Senior Accountant – Accounting Outsourcing

About the role
ATMS & CO LLP is seeking a dedicated Senior Accountant to join its accounting outsourcing team in Andheri, Mumbai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting activities for multiple clients and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations for assigned clients.
- Perform bookkeeping, account finalization, and preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses.
- Coordinate with clients on accounting‑related queries.
- Handle accounting software, data management, and documentation.
Required profile
- Graduation in B.Com, BAF, M.Com or a CA dropout.
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.
