Senior Account Manager

About the role

Swiggy Dineout is expanding its dining‑out platform across India and is looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead partner acquisition and growth in Coimbatore. You will be responsible for onboarding new restaurant partners, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue through ads and promotions.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard 100‑120 restaurant accounts, explaining platform requirements and coordinating with internal teams.
• Achieve revenue targets by promoting advertising solutions and ensuring high‑quality Restaurant Display Pages.
• Conduct regular visits to partners to verify content accuracy, image coverage, and promotional alignment.
• Prepare and present growth plans, competitive insights, and performance dashboards to partners.
• Resolve operational issues such as payout disputes and ensure smooth transactions for diners and restaurants.
• Collaborate with partner support, sales operations, and finance teams on discounts, data reconciliation, and GST queries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales or account management within the restaurant, food‑tech, or related hospitality sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret dashboard metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence partner decisions.
• Ability to work independently on‑site in Coimbatore and manage a sizable portfolio of accounts.
