Security Specialist – Site Operations Lead

About the role

The Security Specialist will act as the operational lead at client sites, overseeing all security activities, supervising guard personnel, and ensuring compliance with G4S standards and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and monitor security operations on site, acting as second‑in‑command or site head.
• Supervise Security Supervisors and Guards, conduct daily muster, uniform and equipment checks.
• Serve as primary client contact, hold regular meetings and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure proper functioning of access control, patrolling, visitor management, and asset protection SOPs.
• Manage incidents such as theft, fire, medical emergencies, and coordinate evacuation procedures.
• Maintain daily logs, occurrence reports, visitor data, and weekly performance summaries.
• Conduct on‑the‑job training, drills and support audits and inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
• 4‑8 years of security industry experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or officer role.
• Background in defence, police or paramilitary preferred.
• Age 28‑50 years (flexible for ex‑servicemen) and minimum height 170 cm.
