Security Professional

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Security Professional to join our team in Tamil Nadu, India. You will protect facilities, personnel and assets through proactive monitoring, patrols and rapid response to incidents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned sites and enforce access‑control procedures.
• Monitor CCTV and other surveillance systems, report and investigate incidents.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies and security breaches, documenting actions taken.
• Perform risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities and support implementation of physical and information‑security measures.
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external authorities, ensuring compliance with company policies, local laws and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Strong physical security background with experience in facility protection, access control and incident response.
• Knowledge of basic cybersecurity principles and information‑security practices.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, exercise sound judgment and make quick decisions.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., security guard licence, security management courses) are an advantage.
