Security Platform Developer

About the role

ExxonMobil is looking for a Security Platform Developer to design, develop, automate, maintain, operate, and enhance its enterprise Privileged Access Management platform. The role focuses on building integrations, automations, APIs, and custom components across CyberArk Privileged Access Manager, Secrets Manager, and Secrets Hub for both human and machine identities in hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, code, and test solutions that meet story details and acceptance criteria while following secure coding standards.
• Analyze, debug, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage the integrity of the Continuous Integration (CI) process, including CI server maintenance.
• Provide high‑level and detailed effort estimates to support release planning.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to modernize credential and secret consumption.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing integrations and automation for privileged access management platforms.
• Strong understanding of hybrid and multi‑cloud environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high‑quality code on schedule.
