Security Officer (T) – Threat Assessment & Response

About the role

The Security Officer (T) is responsible for maintaining the company’s security standards, ensuring effective threat assessment, and supporting emergency response procedures. You will work closely with shift teams to monitor performance, control theft, and uphold quality systems across the facility.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain security standards in line with company requirements.
• Conduct continuous threat assessments and respond promptly to incidents.
• Achieve departmental goals and follow up on action items.
• Execute duties defined in the Security Programme and quality system monitoring.
• Optimize resource allocation while ensuring high security performance.
• Stay aware of emergency response procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Develop dialogue with team leaders and support skill development.
• Control theft and pilferage of company property.

• Ability to work in shifts and follow up on performance metrics.
