Security Manager

About the role

Accor is seeking an experienced Security Manager to lead all security operations at its Jaipur location. You will be responsible for safeguarding employees, visitors, and assets while fostering a professional and welcoming environment that aligns with Accor’s commitment to excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations across office facilities, restricted areas, and grounds.
• Maintain a visible security presence and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Manage access‑control systems, surveillance infrastructure, patrols, and incident‑response protocols.
• Lead, mentor and evaluate a dedicated security team.
• Develop, update and test comprehensive emergency response plans (fire, medical, evacuation, natural disasters).
• Conduct risk assessments and lead emergency drills across all departments.
• Respond to security incidents with calm authority, document events and recommend improvements.
• Serve as the primary liaison with local law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in security management, preferably within a large hospitality or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop a security team.
• Excellent judgment, communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Familiarity with Indian security regulations and law‑enforcement liaison.
