Security Analyst – Incident Response & Threat Hunting

About the role

We are seeking a Security Analyst to join our growing security team in India. The role focuses on incident response, threat hunting, and the continuous improvement of our security monitoring infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of incident response, from preparation to lessons learned.
• Configure, monitor, and improve centralized log and alert management systems.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest IT security trends and news.
• Develop and maintain security procedures and policies that balance operational and security needs.
• Support the training and development of a newly formed security team.
• Research and recommend security enhancements to leadership.
• Monitor networks and IT assets for security issues, and operate security software.
• Conduct proactive threat hunting and document findings.
