About the role
Lagoon is hiring 14‑ and 15‑year‑old students for a variety of seasonal positions for the 2026 season. Candidates will work on‑site at the park, delivering guest experiences and supporting daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide food service, merchandise sales, and ticketing assistance.
- Operate rides, games, and beach deck areas safely.
- Maintain grounds, landscaping, and campground facilities.
- Support admissions, access control, and group event services.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and teamwork standards throughout the park.
Required profile
- Aged 14 or 15 and legally able to work in the jurisdiction.
- Willingness to follow Lagoon’s safety, guest service, accountability and teamwork expectations.
- Available for the 2026 seasonal period.
