Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to join Futurists Media and Marketing LLP in Guwahati. You will help diverse clients improve their online visibility through data‑driven SEO strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO strategies for client websites.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
• Optimize website content, metadata, URL structures, internal linking, and image SEO.
• Perform comprehensive website audits and recommend technical improvements.
• Build high‑quality backlinks using ethical link‑building techniques.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and overall SEO performance with industry tools.
• Prepare monthly SEO performance reports and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, developers, and performance‑marketing teams.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant SEO certifications are a plus.
