Search Engine Optimization Executive

About the role

Academic Mantra Services is looking for a full‑time Search Engine Optimization Executive to join its on‑site team in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. You will drive organic growth by optimizing website content, building high‑quality backlinks, and aligning SEO efforts with social media initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analyse search intent.
• Optimize on‑page elements such as meta tags, headings, internal links and content.
• Perform regular SEO audits, identify technical and content issues, and recommend fixes.
• Manage link‑building campaigns, outreach and backlink quality.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement SEO strategies.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
• Support social‑media marketing activities that complement organic search.
• Prepare performance reports and stay updated on algorithm changes and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an SEO or digital‑marketing role.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and turn insights into actions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
