SCM Non-Food Manager

About the role

The SCM Non-Food Manager will own end‑to‑end procurement of non‑food items across multiple sites, ensuring uninterrupted supply of categories such as capex, opex, housekeeping, LPG, uniforms, packaging and MRO. The role balances cost control, inventory discipline and vendor performance to support smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage procurement for all non‑food categories, including sourcing, evaluation, negotiation and finalization of vendors.
• Plan inventory and consumption to minimise shortages, over‑buying and waste.
• Coordinate with regional teams and suppliers to resolve supply issues quickly.
• Use SAP ERP for tracking purchases, maintaining inventory visibility and ensuring transaction accuracy.
• Drive cost optimisation through market benchmarking, commercial negotiation and strict category control.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in non‑food supply chain or procurement across multiple categories.
• Proven ability to manage vendor sourcing, development and commercial negotiations.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost discipline and availability.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with regional teams and suppliers.
