SAP PY Spain Consultant

About the role

Strada is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll (PY) Consultant to support its Spain portfolio. You will work closely with case controllers and IT teams to deliver integrated HR and payroll solutions across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current client business processes using SAP HR and euHReka platforms.
• Gather detailed functional requirements and estimate time and resources.
• Design conceptual prototypes and configure SAP HR modules (payroll, time, pre‑payroll, post‑payroll, portal).
• Present integrated prototypes to customers and monitor solution adaptation.
• Resolve complex functional issues, support integrated testing and provide end‑user training.
• Plan and optimise resources for project delivery and contribute to pre‑sales activities.
• Follow Strada’s PMO methodology to ensure proper implementation.

Required profile

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP HR modules and payroll processes.
• Experience with euHReka or similar HR platforms.
• Ability to analyse business processes, define requirements and propose solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and training.
• Proactive attitude towards continuous learning and market trends.
