SAP Integration Analyst

About the role

The SAP Integration Analyst will design, build and operate enterprise‑grade integrations between SAP and non‑SAP systems. You will ensure seamless data movement, support real‑time and batch processing, and contribute to KONE’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design and implementation of integrations using SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration, SAP SLT and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Develop and maintain interfaces such as IDocs, APIs, BAPIs, SFTP/FTP, Kafka/MSK and HTTP‑based connections.
• Ensure integration solutions are scalable, secure and aligned with enterprise architecture and data governance standards.
• Drive migration from SAP PO to BTP Integration Suite, promote reuse of standard iFlows and reduce technical debt.
• Design and manage real‑time data replication and data pipelines, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and data mismatches.
• Provide operational support for critical integration failures, conduct root‑cause analysis and implement proactive monitoring.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, manage transport and change‑control processes, and support CI/CD pipelines for integration artifacts.
• Collaborate with SAP functional teams, data engineers, middleware experts and external vendors in an agile delivery model.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in SAP integration design and implementation.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Process Orchestration, SAP SLT and SAP Data Intelligence.
• Experience with hybrid integration scenarios across on‑premise (ECC/S4) and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and drive migration projects.
