SAP ATTP Manager – Enterprise Apps Advisory

About the role

PwC is looking for a Manager to lead SAP ATTP and Enterprise Applications advisory services in Hyderabad. You will help clients maximise the value of their SAP investments across sales, finance, supply chain, engineering and human capital, delivering business‑led, technology‑enabled change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP advisory projects, ensuring high‑quality outcomes for clients.
• Develop new skills beyond your comfort zone and resolve issues that hinder team effectiveness.
• Coach and mentor team members, recognising strengths and encouraging ownership of development.
• Analyse complex proposals, synthesize data and stakeholder views to build meaningful recommendations.
• Use data and insights to inform decisions and address sub‑standard work.
• Develop a point of view on global trends and their impact on clients.
• Manage diverse viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes.
• Simplify complex messages for clear communication.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in consulting or advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven coaching and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations.
