About the role

Lyra Salon Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Salon Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for its salon operations. The role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring skilled beauty professionals while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for salon positions such as hair stylists, beauticians, nail technicians, makeup artists, salon managers, receptionists, and support staff.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, and direct outreach.
• Conduct initial screening calls, evaluate suitability, and coordinate interviews with salon management.
• Maintain a healthy recruitment pipeline, reduce vacancy turnaround time, and keep recruitment trackers and reports up to date.
• Build relationships with beauty academies, training institutes, and recruitment channels.
• Handle offer rollouts, follow‑ups, and onboarding coordination.
• Support additional HR coordination activities as needed.

Required profile

• Fluency in Malayalam and Hindi.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Prior experience hiring for salons, retail, hospitality, wellness, beauty, or similar service industries (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Candidate database management.
