Salesforce Manager – Consulting Services

About the role

We are seeking a Salesforce Manager to join our consulting services team in Pune. The role involves helping clients leverage Salesforce technology to improve customer experiences, drive sustainable change, and achieve business results.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and personalize Salesforce.com to meet client-specific requirements.
• Work across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations.
• Configure administration settings including users, profiles, roles, validation rules, workflows, sharing and approval processes.
• Develop solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Aura components and Lightning Web Components.
• Create and manage reports, dashboards and community portals.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems such as Heroku, Tally, ServiceNow, ESL, POIM and UWS via SOAP and REST APIs.
• Perform data migration using Data Loader and related tools.
• Write unit tests, ensure code coverage and handle deployments.
• Optimize code respecting Salesforce governor limits.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce administration and customization.
• Experience with data migration, integration and Lightning Experience.
• Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II (mandatory) and optionally Salesforce Administrator or App Builder.
