Solution Architect – Pune

About the role

The Solution Architect will translate business intent into scalable, resilient, and well-governed technology solutions that align with Enterprise Architecture standards. The role demands a deep understanding of business goals, capabilities and processes, and provides leadership, analysis and design to ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to architectural governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and design activities to develop technology solutions that satisfy business requirements and architectural standards.
• Produce “as-is” and “to-be” solution deliverables, covering applications, processes, information, and shared services.
• Design and coach engineering teams for high availability, scalability and failure-tolerant architectures.
• Collaborate with a broad group of architects to ensure alignment with group strategy and technology governance.
• Promote knowledge sharing through pairing, presentations and mentoring, and support the adoption of lean/agile development practices.

Required profile

• Proven track record working with business stakeholders to shape requirements and manage technical debt.
• Experience managing virtual or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, BIZBOK, DM-BOK, BIAN and the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Hands-on experience or rapid learning ability for architecting cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure.
