About the role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our high‑performing sales team in Chennai. The role focuses on driving large‑ticket B2C closures while mentoring a group of sales executives to consistently exceed targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and monitor the inside sales team to achieve daily and monthly revenue goals.
• Personally handle high‑value B2C sales cycles, building trust and rapport with prospects.
• Design and refine sales pitches, objection‑handling frameworks, and overall sales strategy.
• Track critical metrics such as conversion rates, call volumes, and pipeline health.
• Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate lead tracking within the internal CRM.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill the team on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders to align sales initiatives with company growth objectives.

Required profile

• 7+ years of inside sales experience (B2C) with a proven record of high‑ticket closures.
• Minimum 3 years of people‑management experience leading sales teams.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Deep understanding of high‑intent lead conversion cycles and pipeline management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
