Sales Representative – FMCG Field Sales

About the role

We are looking for energetic and result‑driven Sales Representatives to expand the presence of our authentic spice brand across retail and distribution channels. The role involves building strong relationships, driving sales growth, and gathering market insights in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Onboard new retail outlets to expand market presence.
• Achieve sales and collection targets within the assigned territory.
• Ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising at points of sale.
• Gather market insights and provide valuable customer feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a passion for field sales.
• Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Prior FMCG sales experience is preferred, but freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
