Sales Manager – Restaurant Partnerships

About the role
Swiggy is looking for a Sales Manager to own acquisition and engagement of single‑outlet independent restaurants in an assigned city. You will act as the primary point of contact, understand partner challenges and help drive growth in orders, visibility and customer engagement through consultative, on‑field selling.
Key responsibilities
- Own a defined geographic territory and build strong relationships with restaurant partners.
- Conduct 80‑90 in‑person visits per month, delivering product demos, ROI analysis and partnership proposals.
- Diagnose restaurant needs and position Swiggy’s solutions as business drivers.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle: pitching, negotiation, activation and ongoing support.
- Track adoption metrics, troubleshoot issues and adjust strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Maintain market intelligence on restaurant trends, competition and local dynamics.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in sales, business development or related field.
- Comfortable with field‑intensive work and frequent travel within the assigned city.
- Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven problem‑solving ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
