Sales Manager

About the role

The Sales Manager will own the end‑to‑end digital sales process, from crafting formal proposals to order fulfilment. This operational role drives revenue and pipeline growth by expanding the existing customer base and identifying new digital opportunities across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve revenue targets and expand the sales pipeline.
• Develop existing accounts with tailored digital propositions.
• Identify market needs, capture qualified opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC), and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Respond to sales enquiries, follow up diligently, and manage the action plan for the region.
• Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular reports.
• Coordinate with product, legal, commercial, and solutions teams to resolve issues and accelerate deal closures.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product offerings and competitor developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA preferred.
• 4–7 years of enterprise digital sales or account management experience.
• Proven experience managing pipelines and using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Strong ability to deliver business and technical presentations and demos.
• Experience gathering and interpreting market requirements.
